Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs a preoperative assessment/chart review to formulate an anesthetic plan.
• Responds to anesthesia changes and provides optimum resuscitative care.
• Assists with orientation of new CRNA staff and anesthesia personnel.
• Participates in research and implements anesthesia practice changes based on findings.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and teamwork in patient interactions.
