Job summary
Nationwide-Children in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time CRNA to provide and manage anesthesia for surgical procedures. You will perform preoperative assessments, formulate anesthetic plans, administer and monitor anesthesia, and support recovery.

Qualifications
- Preoperative assessment and anesthetic planning per patient needs.
- Respond to anesthesia-related physiological changes and notify supervisor.
- Provide resuscitative care for life-threatening conditions.
- Participate in staff education and orientation.
- Contribute to anesthesia research and practice updates.
Responsibilities
- Perform preoperative chart review to formulate anesthesia plan.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia; ensure safe recovery.
- Assist with orientation of new CRNA staff and students.
- Support ongoing research and adherence to standards.
- Demonstrate professional conduct and teamwork.
