Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on‑campus student homes, supporting about 8–13 students per home. The role blends caregiving, supervision, and mentorship to foster academic, emotional, and social growth, with a family‑like environment.

As a two‑person team, you will manage daily routines, lead devotions, coordinate activities, oversee budgeting, and ensure student wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
