Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Merna, IL. You will deliver OT treatments under supervision and help implement individualized care plans to improve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if state requires.

• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
