Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Full-Time position in Illinois within SNF and long-term care settings. The role offers competitive pay between $55,000 and $70,000 per year, plus a supportive mentorship culture and flexible scheduling.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a COTA to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited OT Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification (where required by state).
• Current state license as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all required physician orders.
