Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional tasks.
• Carry out individualized treatment programs based on resident goals.
• Track progress and communicate changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
