Job summary

Enhance Therapies in Maryland is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision, implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals and collaborating with team members to ensure quality outcomes.

Current NBCOT certification and state license are required. New grads are welcome; mentorship and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state requirements may apply).
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
