Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our FT team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Chicago. You’ll work under OT supervision with a focus on functional goals and patient outcomes, with mentorship and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification, if required by state.
• Current license as a COTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
