Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our full-time team in Flemington, NJ. You will provide targeted therapeutic interventions under OT supervision and help implement personalized care plans to improve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification required where state mandates.
• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
