Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Voorhees Township, NJ. You will work in skilled nursing/long-term care settings, under supervision of an OT, delivering individualized therapy plans and maintaining essential documentation.

Required: COTA credential, NBCOT certification if required by state, and active license to practice in NJ.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA, if required by the state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
