Job summary

Functional Pathways' Ocoee Hillview Health Center in Elizabethton, TN seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Baylor, Tuesday-Saturday schedule. This full-time role supports the therapy team delivering high-quality patient care.

You will implement the plan of care under the OTR/L and physician, build strong professional relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment in a welcoming facility. Experience with acute/post-acute settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required from an accredited OT Assistant program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as per state and national boards.
• Active state license required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Screenings and licensure completions varies by location.

Education
