Job summary

Ocoee Hillview Health Center in Elizabethton, TN, seeks a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team. This Baylor position operates Tuesday–Saturday with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible direct applicants.

The COTA will implement the care plans established by the OTR/L and physician, delivering high-quality care within a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license to practice as a COTA.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans as prescribed by the OTR/L and physician.
