Functional Pathways seeks a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Ocoee Hillview Health Center in Elizabethton, TN. This Baylor-position role runs Tuesday–Saturday with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants, and focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients and residents under the supervision of an OTR/L and physician.

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state license as a COTA.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.

• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
