Job summary

Compass Group USA in Greeneville, TN is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions. Shifts are 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 1:00 pm–9:00 pm, with meals provided on shift and parking available. You will prepare food to standardized recipes, follow HACCP standards, and ensure timely service.

Prior grill cook experience is required. Benefits eligible, on-site training on a production system, and comprehensive company benefits including retirement and health programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures, ensuring food safety and appeal.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation, maintains high standards of cleanliness and stores/discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms neatly and ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required.
