• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service and maintains records from area worked.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portion control.
• Maintains clean, safe work areas and equipment to ensure sanitation standards.
