• Cleans and stores food, keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of supplies.
• Reports maintenance needs or accidents to supervisor promptly.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety procedures.
• Abides by all company policies including PPE and safe-handling rules.
