Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center is hiring a full-time Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents and support their healing and well-being. You will follow approved recipes, ensure food safety, and work day or evening shifts as part of a dedicated culinary team.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of food service equipment operating procedures.
• Ability to operate food service equipment safely and properly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents following recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and work area.
• Assist with inventory, stock, and food handling procedures.
