Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring for full-time COOK positions at Fidelity, Covington, KY 41015. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Prior customer service and knife skills are required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knife skills experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining temperatures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports maintenance needs.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies when required.
