Encore at Parkside in Newark, DE is seeking a full-time cook to support daily dietary service for residents. The role emphasizes adherence to sanitation protocols, batch cooking per standardized recipes, and timely food preparation following policies.

You will assist the Sous Chef and ensure records, temperature logs, and HACCP requirements are maintained. Candidates must have a state sanitation certificate; ServeSafe certification is preferred.

• Follow dietary procedures per established policies.
• Adhere to safety policies of Encore Village and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain proper personal appearance and hygiene.
• Attend in-service training.
• Ensure food prep and storage areas are clean and well organized.
