Dismas Charities Inc is hiring for a full-time Food Service/ Meal Preparation role. You will prepare meals and supplements for residents, manage inventory and equipment, and assist the Director with inspections.

The position offers a competitive pay of $22.84 per hour and a 40-hour weekly schedule with shifts from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM depending on needs. Responsibilities include safety and sanitation, menu planning with a licensed dietitian, record-keeping, and coordinating with outside agencies.

Qualifications

• Two years paid food service experience with administrative duties such as budgeting, ordering, and inspection planning.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for residents and supplements following a licensed dietitian's menu.
• Plan and implement menus in compliance with regulations and notify directors of substitutions.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and prep equipment; coordinate with local food banks.
