Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety, follows safe food-handling procedures and HACCP guidelines.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; reports equipment issues to supervisor.
• Maintains proper storage and inventory; uses kitchen equipment as instructed.
