Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety standards.
• Preference for previous chef/culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and standards to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and HACCP practices; store or discard excess food properly.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of food and supplies when needed.
• Report maintenance issues or faulty equipment to supervision promptly.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings and work well with coworkers and managers.
