Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of culinary experience, preferably in corporate dining.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and temperatures; ensures food looks and tastes appealing.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; stores items per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports any maintenance needs.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; helps with production planning.
