Job summary

Compass Group USA's FLiK division is hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position at Citizens Bank in Johnston, RI. Previous cooking experience is required and the successful candidate will prepare food according to standardized recipes, ensure proper temperatures and portions, and maintain clean, safe kitchens.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with hours that may vary. Free meals, uniforms and laundering services are provided.

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and food preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and follows HACCP standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
