Job summary

Compass Group is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility at Citizens Bank, Johnston, RI. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm. No prior experience required. Eligible for free meals and uniforms with laundering service at select locations. Apply online only.

The role supports kitchen cleanliness and food prep areas, with duties including sanitation, waste handling, and equipment maintenance. Training and onboarding are provided to start your journey in food service.

We are hiring immediately for full time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY positions.

Location: Citizens Bank - 1 Citizens Bank Way, Johnston, RI 02919. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous experience is not necessary. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $20.00per hour to$22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
