FLIK, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a full-time Cook in Hartford, CT. The role prepares high-quality meals according to standardized recipes, ensures proper portions and temperatures, and maintains a clean, organized kitchen.

You will assist with ordering and receiving, follow HACCP and safety standards, and support a team in a fast-paced environment. Position features a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a leading foodservice

Qualifications

• Previous 3 years of cooking experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies per safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety procedures.
