Qualifications

• Must have Cook and/or Food Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures food is at correct temperatures and presented attractively.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance needs or equipment issues to supervisor.
