• Follow daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items according to production sheets with established quantities and recipes.
• Complete daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after use.
• Store, label and date food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and reports as needed.
