Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Ensures proper portioning and serving temperatures; maintains HACCP standards.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, ordering and receiving of supplies.
