Edenbrook Platteville, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is hiring a Cook for a full-time 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) with every other weekend rotation. This role focuses on preparing meals for residents and requires a positive, reliable cook with a commitment to quality care.

Qualified candidates should have proven cooking experience, knowledge of sanitation practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen environment to deliver nutritious meals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook.
• Experience with cutting tools, cookware and bakeware is beneficial.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, etc.).
• Cook food using various utensils or grills.
• Check food during cooking and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Store food properly and monitor stock levels.
