Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible/adaptable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Strong time management and safety awareness.
• Current manager’s level food handler permit.
• Positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Drug-free workplace policy in effect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special diet meals according to approved recipes and menus.
• Accommodate residents’ dietary restrictions and nutrition needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and FIFO food storage.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to meet meal service schedules.
