Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Cook at our New Carlisle location (31100 Edison Rd, New Carlisle, IN 46552). This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours and a pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Experience is preferred, and a $300 retention bonus is available, paid as $100 monthly installments.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in cooking or food prep.
• Familiarity with standardized recipes and HACCP standards is a plus.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas.
• Attention to portion control and food presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring proper temperature and attractive presentation.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required and reports maintenance needs.
