McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents, following established menus, standards, and dietary requirements. You will maintain a clean, safe kitchen and work with the Dining Services team to deliver consistent service.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One+ year experience in cooking or related food service.
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and techniques.
• Adherence to food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with effective collaboration.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and food production procedures.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Collaborate with the Dining Services team to ensure timely meal preparation and consistent service for residents.

Position Overview:

As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet established standards for food preparation, presentation, and service. You’ll help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient kitchen while playing an essential role in delivering a consistent and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.

Position Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality and presentation standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
