Responsibilities

  • Set up work areas and prepare food according to brand standards and guest requests.
  • Prepare food for guests, events, meetings, breakfast, or property service needs.
  • Use strong cooking safety practices and proper kitchen techniques.
  • Follow safe food and workplace guidelines.
  • Maintain a sanitary environment and organized work area.
  • Know and understand brand food and beverage selections.
  • Assist with dish machine operation by washing, sanitizing, and putting away dishes when needed.
  • Keep kitchen work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Replenish items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Communicate food quality, equipment, or supply concerns to leadership.
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, procedures, and property-specific expectations.
  • Extend professionalism to guests, residents, customers, clients, vendors, and associates.
  • Be proactive, prompt, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Act with integrity, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain the spirit to serve.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and be in uniform as assigned.
  • Understand and follow basic safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Support a culturally diverse workplace and comply with applicable Federal and State laws.

Job Summary
