Job summary

Cura Hospitality, part of Elior North America, is seeking a Full-Time Cook at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, LA. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing and presenting meals with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment, plus strong attention to detail. We offer weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
