Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation under a supervising OT. You will document treatments and progress in medical records, assist in department operations, and participate in care conferences.

You will communicate patient progress with the supervisor and health team, help train staff, and guide families on maintenance programs while maintaining clean, compliant treatment areas.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant recognized to practice in the state.

• Assist in maintaining department
