Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Fort Collins, Colorado seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehabilitation under supervision. You will document treatments and progress in medical records, assist in maintaining the department, and participate in patient care conferences.

Collaborating with the health team, you will help with treatment area upkeep and train staff or families in maintenance programs, ensuring quality care and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA with current credentials and ability to supervise therapy sessions.
