Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming, invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Faculty D instructor in the Construction Workforce program. The role delivers classroom and hands-on instruction in the Essential Systems Technician program, supports safety and workforce readiness, and helps students gain industry-relevant skills for employment and further study.

You will prepare lessons, evaluate progress, maintain records, and collaborate with CTW leadership and industry

Competenze

• Five years of progressively responsible experience within the trades industry.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more construction or trades disciplines such as HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, drywall, concrete, residential construction, commercial construction, or building maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training and instruction.

Mansioni

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction within the Construction Workforce Department.
• Prepare lessons and instructional materials and facilitate practical learning activities.
• Evaluate student knowledge and skill development and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate instructional records and ensure tools/equipment/lab spaces are safe and ready for instruction.
• Collaborate with CTW leadership, program coordinators, fellow instructors, and industry partners to keep curricula current and relevant.
