Working hours are Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with potential variation by project. OSHA safety compliance and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily construction site cleaning and housekeeping.
• Remove construction debris and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the project.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures and surfaces.
• Prepare completed areas for owner inspections and turnover.
• Assist with final cleaning prior to project completion.
• Maintain walkways, stairwells, and work areas free of debris and hazards.
• Move materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Perform other labor and cleaning duties as assigned.
