Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our busy team. You will operate and maintain tools, prep sites, and assist with material handling on various projects. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and willingness to learn on the job.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, own transportation, and be able to work days, nights, and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; on-site training and benefits after 90 days are provided.

Qualifications

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, loading and unloading frequently heavy materials, and following directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, flexible, and a hard worker.

Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction tools and equipment.
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load or unload tools, construction materials and equipment.
• Follow project instructions from supervisors.
• Assist teammates.

Construction Laborer Payrates and Benefits:

• Part-time position with chance for advancement to full-time with benefits after 90 days
• Starting hourly rate for non-experienced new hires: $17.00
