Job summary

Omega Management Group in Wichita, KS is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to support LIHTC (Section 42) and HUD requirements. The role emphasizes accuracy, service-mindedness, and being a trusted resource for residents, onsite teams, and communities.

You will review resident files, maintain documentation, partner with residential associates and property teams, provide guidance and customer service, and help with reporting, audits, and regulatory tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• LIHTC (Section 42) experience preferred; HUD experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
