Job summary

Regency on Whidbey is seeking a full-time medication aide to support senior residents in daily well-being, including personal services, meds, and social activities. You will report to the wellness director and work to maintain a safe, home-like environment.

Typical candidates have six months of caregiving experience, can obtain CPR/BLS, and compose reports in English. Shift differential is offered, and the team emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in senior caregiving or med pass.
• Can obtain CPR/BLS certification.
• Compose reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing treatments and monitor residents' vital signs.
• Maintain medication/treatment records and comply with guidelines.
• Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family to ensure timely medications.
• Store medications and keep the medication room clean and orderly.
• Follow the resident service plan, including ADLs and medication administration.
• Demonstrate infection control procedures.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence and a home-like environment.
