Job summary

Spread Your Wings LLC is hiring a full-time 1:1 Support Staff for our Adult Day Program in San Jose, California. This daytime role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour.

You’ll provide 1:1 support to a participant, assist with daily living activities, support community outings, and help implement behavior support plans while ensuring safety, engagement, and well-being.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable working independently in the community
• Able to pass background check & Live Scan
