Job summary

FirstCash is hiring a Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate nationwide in pawn store locations. Earn an hourly wage plus commission on transactions. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Earned Wage Access available from day two of employment, with potential for concurrent earnings from commissions. Typical schedule aligns with store hours (9am-6pm), some locations closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as needed.

• Commission plan based on gross profit, details provided during interview.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and tailor financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and other duties as required.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
