Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Prior experience as LTC nursing assistant preferred; or equivalent education/experience.

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach.
• Provides direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Explains procedures to residents and assists with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Monitors residents' conditions, records vital signs, and reports changes to nursing staff.
