Qualifications

• Completed CNA training and state certification.
• Alaska CNA license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Caring Reliably, Culinary Training, ServSafe, and Dining Assistance within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free and clean environment.
• Communicate needs of patient/resident between patient, family and RN.
