Job summary

Covenant Living Mercer Island is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care for residents in a 43-bed skilled nursing facility on the shores of Lake Washington.

You will work under the nurse manager, assisting with personal care, activities, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation, while maintaining reliable attendance. The role offers shift differentials and full benefits upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion and passing the Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents daily (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.).
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry and dining services.
• Notify supervisor and report to nurse manager; follow directions from licensed staff.
• Maintain resident rooms clean and orderly; change linen and tidy spaces.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with serving and feeding.
• May be cross trained in Assisted Living.
