Job summary

Charleston-Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Las Vegas. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, document care, and report changes to the nurse supervisor.

This position requires adherence to facility policies and patient confidentiality. Minimum requirement: active CNA license per Nevada laws; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a CNA license in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate with residents and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services.
• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Assist with meals, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Record observations and report changes to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain resident safety and dignity.
• Document accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Assist with transferring residents between rooms and to vehicles.
• Ensure care plans are followed and confidentiality maintained.
