Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arizona and completion of an approved CNA training program.
• Ability to accurately take vital signs and follow care plans under supervision.

• Commitment to infection control, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized care environment.
• Reliability and time management to handle multiple tasks on a full-time shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and observe changes in residents’ condition.
• Support nurses with care plans and treatments as directed.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Provide emotional support and communicate clearly with residents and families.
