Role Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a full-time, on-site role based at Havasu Nursing Ctr in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Daily responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs, observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition, and supporting nurses with care plans and treatments as directed. The CNA helps with meal service, feeding when needed, and maintaining a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety procedures. This role also involves offering emotional support, communicating clearly with residents, families, and the care team, and documenting care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arizona and completion of an approved CNA training program.
• Demonstrated skills in basic patient care tasks, including assistance with activities of daily living, safe transferring, and proper body mechanics.
